The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. I had a neat, spotless room with fresh bedding and very comfortable beds. The hotel is in a central location, close to the center. The restaurant served delicious Turkish cuisine dishes. Overall, the venue met all my needs.

Favourable and excellent location, I truly enjoyed almost everything.
Hotel was fairly clean and the balcony overlooked the inner courtyard. My room included coffee/tea makers, a writing table, and an iron and ironing board. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff was affable and helpful - I would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lucca. The location was one of the best aspects, as it was just a 5-minute walk from both the train station and the gate through the city walls. This made it very convenient for exploring the historic city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with elegant furniture and a nice overall decor. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to make the most of my visit. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from.
